01Information we collect
We collect only what a request needs: the contact details you provide, the information in your brief request, any documents you choose to upload, and standard technical logs (such as device, browser, and request data used to keep the site secure). We do not sell personal information, and we do not collect more than the work requires.
02How we use it
Each category is used to respond to your request, deliver the work you engage us for, operate and secure the service, and meet legal or regulatory obligations. We do not use your brief materials to train models for other clients, and we do not profile you for advertising.
03How long we keep it
Contact details and request materials are kept for the life of the engagement and a limited period afterwards for records and legal purposes, then deleted or anonymised. Technical logs are retained for a short security window. When information is no longer needed, it is removed from live systems and scheduled out of backups.
04Who processes it
Where we rely on service providers (hosting, email, file handling), they act under contract, are bound by equivalent confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and may not use your information for their own purposes. 05Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, object to a use, restrict processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis. We respond within a reasonable period and verify requests before acting on them.
06Contact and concerns
